Welcome to the UVA Community Health Split V T-shirt shop.

This shop will be open from Monday 6/3/2024 through Sunday 6/16/2024.
These t-shirts are a preorder purchase that will be produced and distributed after the ordering window closes.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be ready.

T-shirts available during this preorder are:

• Prince William Medical Center
• Haymarket Medical Center
• Culpeper Medical Center

The sizes available are all unisex XS through 5X. Please refer to the size chart on the order page for sizing specifications.

• These t-shirts are optional and for individual purchase; UVA Community Health is not funding the cost for the t-shirts for team members.
• Visa, Mastercard and American Express is accepted at checkout.  Sales tax will be charged.  There are no shipping charges on your order.
• There are no quantity limits for each purchase.  You are welcome to order any of the t-shirts available during the sale.
• All orders will ship to the appropriate UVA Community Health facility for distribution in July.  These orders will not ship to individual addresses.
• You must enter your valid @uvahealth.org email, provide your department and supervisor’s name to assist with distribution.
• The t-shirts will be produced once the shop closes on June 16 and will be shipped to the facility location you selected from the list during the checkout process. 

Please review all of the information at checkout carefully before you complete your order. All orders are final and cannot be changed once you hit the “Place Order” button at checkout.
